I did not become a nurse because I was not intelligent enough to become a doctor. One of the most insulting moments in television is seeing a strong nurse finally become frustrated at the aggression and ineptitude of some physicians and becoming a physician themselves to change the system. In reality, changing the system does not require a career change. It requires action from within.
